‘The Natural Pharmacy’
an Energy Workshop presented

Pam has trained in various energy medicine modalities over the last 15 years. ‘The Natural Pharmacy’ workshop will teach you energy anatomy including chakras and meridians. Alongside this you will learn practical tools and techniques to keep your energy flowing. These include:
– Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping – How to keep your energy flowing.
– Donna Eden’s 5 minute energy routine – from her book ‘Energy Medicine’
– Guided Meditation – to assist with the stress and anxiety we all hold in our daily lives.
Once you have an overall understanding of how energy works you can then begin to create your own ‘Natural Pharmacy’ including:
– Herbs – (non-contraindicated) Poultices, tinctures & balms.
– Homeopathy – For everyday ailments.
– Essential Oils – The top ten used for health, well-being and beauty.
This is a unique opportunity to learn about natural medicine within the beautiful healing energies of Tilford Cottage Garden, which has been featured in books, magazines, and also on TV.
