Are you interested in having a day of Creativity and Relaxation whilst helping to manifest your dreams over the coming year?

Vision Board Creation and Vision Quest Journey.

Spend a day creating a vision board incorporating colour, words, images, poetry, and your energy. Its a quietly meditative but fun process in beautiful surroundings.  A white board is provided. You bring pens, colouring pencils and magazines. Plus bring your own lunch although I do provide soup and bread. Tea and coffee is also provided.

Once your board is completed, we will undertake a meditative shamanic journey incorporating drumming and a crystal bowl attuned to your Heart Chakra. This helps to bring your heart’s desires into the physical realm. The day will run from 10am until 4pm. Only 4 places available. This gives you time and space to tap into your innate creative abilities and helps and supports you to send these ideas out into the universe with an open and grateful heart so that they become manifest. Cost is £75 for the day. This will be held in  Tilford Cottage on a day to suit you.

REIKI ONE WORKSHOP

I am running a Reiki One attunement workshop on 7th/8th March 2020. 

Attunements in Usui Reiki.

I am a Master/ Teacher of Reiki. I have been working with Reiki personally for the last 17 years and have been taught and mentored over that time by my Master/ Teacher Jill Roberton. I regularly attend Reiki Master meetings and use Reiki everyday as well as other spiritual practices learnt over the last 20 years from a number of Spiritual teachers.

There are 3 different levels of attunement. You progress from one degree to the next according to your own inner rate of personal experience and inner growth. There are no special conditions or equipment required to learn and practise Reiki. It is open to anyone of any age.

First Degree Reiki is a basic course which is usually held as a weekend seminar. You learn something about the history of Reiki and the hand positions for treatment as well as the chakra system. You are also given four attunements. You will be able then to give Reiki to yourself and to friends and family.You will of course be mentored and helped in the subsequent days after the attunements. I run Reiki shares where you can receive the beautiful uplifting energy of Reiki (universal energy of love and light) in a safe and nurturing space in my healing room.

The cost of the weekend course is £125. The day runs from 10am to 3pm depending on the participants needs and energy levels.
