Coronavirus protocols are in place with thorough cleaning between clients. This has always been the practice of the Complementary/Health/Beauty therapist anyway, as it is usually such a close hands on situation. But now I will be wearing a visor and both you and I will wash hands before and after the therapy. All handles will be cleaned and the toilet facilities will be disinfected after each client.
As the client you will be asked to leave non-essential items in your car. It goes without saying that I ask you not to come for a treatment if you are ill with any respiratory symptoms such as cough/cold/sniffles/sore throat etc. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you can if you are unwell.
I look forward to welcoming you for your treatment and I have many natural protocols that I can share to help you to build up your immunity. I will be writing about these in the coming months especially as we head towards the winter. Building immunity is one of the most essential things you can do for your health. This is a personal responsibility and not down to any Doctor or health practitioner to do for you. With the spectre of the coronavirus out there we should start now doing some of these protocols.
